i have a 98 accord auto i was wondering why my car shakes when i start to brake.
someone suggested the rotters, how i need to get it fited or somthing. waht can i do? and where can i do it?

90% of the time, it will be the Front brake Rotors which cause a vibration while you're stopping. You should actually feel it thru the steering wheel. The remaining time, it's the rear drums.
You can have this addressed in two ways via two venues:
1) Honda Dealership
2) Independent Garage which specialize in Honda repairs.
and they can be addressed by
1) On-Car remachining
2) Off-Car Brake-Lathe remachining.

round seat OE lug on OE rims and make sure the wheel are sitting correctly by mounting in star pattern
wheel balance(alot of people would skip this impontant step)
