In your case, with a GSR engine, a chipped OBD1 P72 would be best, this way you will have a pinout for the IABs.

As far as I know the difference between the OBD1 P28 and P30 is that the P30 will look for a knock sensor. If there are more differences, I'm not aware of them.

A chipped Ecu and a non chipped ecu are completely different. They are in no way the same. Unless you know the true purpose of a chipped ecu then you have no reason to buy on. Just get a P72 ecu.

I know the diffence between a chipped and non chipped ecu.If you would have read my post a little closer, you would see that I am just asking for a compare from a chipped p28 to the p30(WHICH IS FROM A JAP OBD-1 b16).I was using my gsr ecu but when I changed INTAKE manifolds it ran like crap.I am using the p30 with a jumper harness now.I just wanted to know is anyone has used a p30 and a chipped p28 to tell me if there is a difference.

What does being a Japanese ecu have to do with anything? Those cant be chipped so they are completely different.

A chipped p28 can be anything in the world. I can be exactly like a p30 or exactly like a p07, or exactly like a pm6. Whatever.

You should ask the difference between stock. p30 has knock and p28 doesn't.

After you chip it, it doesn't matter what it is because you can add vtec to non vtec ecus, knock to non knock ecus, and iabs to non iab ecus.
