In my Sister's CRV the right side of the gauge cluster dims all of a sudden. It came back to normal but once you turn off the headlight it did that again? I will check the fuses, I don't want to take apart her cluster because warranty should cover this if need be. Anything simple that can be checked besides fuses?

Save your time. Fuses are either good or not. They don't go half out.

Take it in for warranty work.
