i need to clarify some stuff that i cant' seem to understand.
1. i understand crome is used for engine management. so when i go for tuning, do i have to download the program or does the tuner have it already?
2. what is a wide-band 02 or 02 sensor? what do they do? do i need it?
3. is oil pressure, a/f, and boost controller enough? no EGT needed? any suggestions with brand like autometer and greddy or anything?
4. once i install the turbo, can i drive it without getting tuned? i assume yes, but just to make sure.
5. is it recommended to upgrade my fuel pump?
thanks in advance.

wideband- is such as a 5 wire o2 sensor, your reg 02 sensor wire should be 4..depending on what motor your running...you dont need 5 wire unless your looking for ultimate tuning. oil pressure a/f and boost are the main guages need IMOP. egt is a good investment. any guages should do the job. you can drive it untuned unless your boosting a crazy amount on your motor. you should upgrade your fuel pump and mybae run a inline feul pump..

i got some questions for you, make this easier

what motor are you gonna turbo? what engine management? what size turbo and is this your daily driver or racecar? lol

1. go with your tuner is comfortable useing..if its crome, uberdata, hondaedit, ect theres alot of free prgrams and most tuners have 1 they like best.
2.wide band is a gd investment for keeping track of your air fuel maps, its not a needed but gd item to have, but i would have a air/fuel gauge,it wont be 100% but it will let you know if your running lean or rich to a point
3.oil pres,air/feul,and boost are all good to have and if you drive the car at the track or drive it everyday a egt would also be very very good to keep you running safe
4. once you have the turbo installed yes you can drive the car as long as you stay out of boost and get it to a tuner asap.anyone can tell you that tuning your set up right away is the first and best thing to do and its just asking to blow up all the work you did if you skip it or delay
5.as for your fuel set up,it would all depend on how much boost your plans are.for something in the range of 5-9psi(depending on the turbo size) you can probly just get by with stock fuel pump and injectors, but this is borderline.to be safe get a 255 intank and some bigger injectors, with that said you will need it tuned right away as to not lean out or run so rich it bogs or stalls
ive built many honda and acura turbo cars, have a eg hatch ls turbo for sale atm of my own. if you have any? just ask and ill help with what i can
