88 crx hf isnt getting fuel
i believe it is because of this yellow crust on the main relay
makes sense but if anyone has a second opinion

could very well be, it's either your main relay or your pump, were you able to hear the relay click when you turned on the accessories? if not, try cleaning it up, beats paying the dealer 80bucks for a new one.

It has nothing to do with the yellow crust it has to do with the solder joints, check all your solder joints (i would have checked them but they were not pictured) and you will see some that look like they have a ring around them and that tells you the solder joint has weakened over time and it's time to resolder them. My REX had this problem when I bought it so I resoldered the bad joints (just the ones with rings or wear) and it's worked like a champ ever since, I also saw this on alot of hondas I have worked on.
