is the bilstein HD or SP strut better?
I understand that HD(heavy duty) is for normal height springs. Sp(sport) is for shortened springs, so the eye to eye length is shorter than HD. the internal valving is supposed to be the same. That's what I read/heard when I did research while owning BMWs. I would think the same applies for Honda/Acura. The R, having shorter than "regular" springs, by 3/4", gets the SP designation. anyone know differently? hth
