For what? You are not giving any criteria for your question.
Right now there's no tech in this question.

Springs ride smoother than cheap coilovers, but the really expensive coilovers ride just as smooth. What is your intended purpose?

A smoother ride, better handling and a look. I already have a front upper strut bar that give me alot of improvement with handling. Do you think i should go ahead and put some more strut bars if i get the lower springs?

Strut bars do nothing, are you sure you noticed a difference?

Put some more strut bars where?
Smoother than what?
Better handling than what? For what? Daily driving? Track? Autocross?
What springs?
How much lower?

Not put much thought into this I see.

I asked you a bunch of questions and you did not answer even one.

If you don't know what you are asking then people will not be able to effectively help you. Maybe you should look around the Honda-Tech Suspension forum.

Mainly everyday use, but just want better handling and more of a look too. It's a hobby that i'm just getting into, and maybe i can get another car that i can do more work to.

Search around the site, many threads exist on this topic already.

How low do you want the car to sit? Is it your daily driver? To you intend to track it, and if so what type of racing? Drag racing, Autocross, Road racing? How much comfort do you want to give up for better handling/less body roll?

It's not just about what is better, springs or coilovers. If you do your research and get what you want the first time, modifying a car can be much less expensive than buying parts at random.

If you want to be a little lower, and still have some OEM comfort, just throw on a set of Tein S-Techs or something similar.

$10 says the OP has just got his first car and is a Junior in high school.

You need to simmer down and do a lot more reading and find a direction for your car hobby before you start buying the coolest looking parts you can find on ebay. There are a lot of seasoned people on this website who have wasted plenty of money buying cheap parts thinking they're as good as legitimate normal market parts.

Usually the first page in every sub-forum has someone asking similar questions to the ones you are curious about. Browse around for a bit and you'll find tons of good advice more quickly than you would waiting for a response from people on a holiday like today. Most people are with their families cooking on the grill.

How low do you want to go? if you just want to get rid of that big nasty fender gap, go with springs...they will ride and handle well.

If you want to slam it, go with some good coilovers, (if you skimp on the coilovers with some cheap stuff then it will ride like ***).

So it all really depends on your budget...if you want to spend under $300 and ride good, and as well have a little drop go with springs. I have had tein, greddy, ground control springs...they all ride really good.

My wife has one piece tein ss coilovers and they ride real good, but they run about $1,000 (she is pretty low). She has also ground control/koni two piece set up which rode well too, that set up will cost you about $700. Hope i could help
