Default ignition problems check all...

ok got a new distributor checked all fuses replaced the pg e/m fuse tryed starting no spark.... checked all others fuses also i really need help guys.

check to make sure the distributor isn't clocked 180 degrees the wrong direction. also check the plug for the distributor make sure everything lines up.

when we took the old distributor off we made shure the new one was in the exact same position as the old one... this is just pissin me off and i wish i could get this fixed soon

have you tried different spark plug wires???

anyways good luck!! i'm having the same problem as you, but its with a nissan.

complete new distributor with new ignitor coil cap rotor all havn't tried wires and stuff yet thats next

Check to see if you are getting voltage at the yellow and black wire on the Ignitor with the key on.

yes i do get voltage with the key on. so do you think it is plugs or wires?

Can you read resistance through the wires including the coil wire or does it read like an open?

Also, have you checked the coil for proper resistance?

checked coil reads .6 so coil is good. imma change the wires and plugs in about 20min then we will know if i have spark

check all the wires up to the plugs plugs to see if thley're putting out power..

If they aren't, see if the distributor's getting power...
