Pros:
Fast as lightning.
300whp is possible.
Very fun!!!!
You'll kill alot of cars
Still maintain 25+ mpg

Cons:
You'll have no traction.
LS transmission (get a b16 one)
You'll go thru your tires a lot quicker.
B16 5th gear (swap in the ls 5th)

those are off the top of my head

Thats way to narrow to really give much advice.

What do you want out of the car? How much $$? LS-T might be a bad way to go.

That doesn't narrow it too much but it's a start
How much you thinking money wise ?
Also somewhat fast is what to you?

LS turbo has good bang for buck not best setup but not bad.

2K said and done will probbly be low if not really tight for LS swap and boost but you can do those kind of times with a well planned LS-T.

LS swap alone is pretty nice but as stated B16 tranny for it is a great upgrade.

lots of torque, very fun setup. And you'd be crazy to get the b16 tranny unless you like shifting every 1.5 seconds. Only get b16 tranny if your running slicks.

The sohc swaps or ZC. I don't like them as much and not as much potental as Bs but alot easier to do and cheaper.

Search on some sohc vtec turbos they scoot dirt cheap
