Camshafts

I was told that if i get any stage 2 camshafts that i have to replace valve springs,retainers, basically all the internals.... is this true or false?

The generic "stage 2" style cams do require upgraded springs and retainers, yes. Recommended you also get adjustable cam gears and get it all tuned after you break it in
