Default type r sway bar install kit-bsq vs. beaks

what's the difference between the beaks and the bsq kit? i just bought a type r rear swaybar today and i need a kit now. which one do you recommend and why? thanks.

i have the beaks on my car. i think its more of a supporting item but people say different.
