Default Neuspeed VS. Suspension Techniques Sway bar?

Which one would you choose? I believe they're both the same size 19mm. I don't want to have to deal with the beaks kit to put the Type R sway bar in.
I have a 94 Si hatch by the way

I don't see why the type R sway bar would be a harder install than the ST sway bar. You still need to drill a hole when using the ST arms. I've had both on my 94 civic, and trust me, when I say that it is the same install. Only thing you will need extra, is to buy the gsr rear lca's. price is about the same too. except for the rea lca's. but you get a better bar 22mm vs 19mm : major difference.

BTW, I got a set of rear fsr lcas for sale with the endlinks
