What sensor is this?
Can anyone tell what sensor is this? when i took it out one time, antifreeze came out. i've got a 98 gsr swap in my crx. it has aluminum foil around it since it's broken. i want to fix it, but i'm not sure what it is...

how is it broken, is the thermostat housing cracked, or is the sensor bad....why is it covered in foil. if the sensor is bad, replace it-it controls the fan, which you will want to work if you dont want it to overheat (should be under 60 bux from dealer).
