Default tranny fluid

What kind of oil should i use? Normal motor oil? gear box fluid? syncromesh? Some one please help, im soo confused.... oh yea, i drive a 97 gsr

i use mobil 1 motor oil. like $4.50 a quart.

and for the tranny, i use honda's MTF, should be able to get it from the dealer for 10-12 bucks, 3 quarts.
