I dont know why you cant. But I would check you fuses. Next time when you need an answer to a question, speak clearly and give us ALL the information.

Next to the Radiator Coolant Overflow tank should be a separate tank for the Blinkers. Check to make sure there is enough fluid in there.

Funny, but seriously he's just asking for help so help him. Although it did make me smile. Fuses would be the first thing id check and go from there. GL.

Len, on that note could you get me a part number on a muffler bearing for a 00 ITR? TIA.

As for the original poster, check fuses. Also has the air bag ever blown? Have you ever had the steering wheel removed? If all the fuses are fine, check the wire for the horn, or the return for the blinker.

LoL...I'm just having fun. Don't mind me. There is a Turn Signal and Hazard Relay (FR-3309 on Relay) in the driver side kick panel that controls the turn signals and I've seen a similar incidence where this part goes bad and affects the horn also.

Do you do this to customers at the dealership? hahaha that would be funny to see the look on their faces, because I am sure some people might smile, nod and actually look for this extra reservoir to put in winker fluid.

At the dealership, they call it "****** fluid".
