Default Safe levels of boost on a Z6 with stock internals.

Hey guys, I was wondering what are the safe levels of boost for a jackson supercharger setup on a otherwise stock Z6. I would like to run a setup with the upgraded pulley (11 lbs I think) and I wanted to know if any other modifications would be needed for the longevity of my engine. Thanks.

No such thing as "safe level of boost" until you get on a dyno and find out.

Well I'm looking for advice from those with experience with a similar setup, just as a rough guideline.

tune it a little on the rich side. at 11 psi the s/c is probly creating allot of heat. i would probly stay around 8 psi on a JR s/c. my buddy ran the stock JR on a d15b7 at 8 psi for a few years till the bottom end started to smoke a little.

I asked a mod to move this to FI.

Try SEARCHING the FI forum. This has been covered.
