you can call a police officer and have them open your door for you with the locker opener.. atleast around here you can.

I would try a coathanger through the top of the driverside window to hook the lock. If you don't have a slim jim, or whatever on hand.

Is the window down? If so, just reach in and unlock it.

Else, try calling your local police department, some will open it for you as a public service.

And once you do get it open, make a couple copies of the key and keep one at your office and one in your house.

Spare Keys
Remote Entry
and a Slim Jim w/attached Police Officer are the first to come to mind.

Barring that, a broken quarter window (an all-time favorite here in the Northeast) or Ice picking the door are more extreme suggestions.

Hey, it can't be that hard, these things a stolen all the time (Those B$%#d's!!)

Unless you've got
1) The key codes
2) A key to duplicate

Your Honda dealer may not be able to help you. I don't believe Honda keeps key records as referenced to VIN. The Key Codes were given to the Original Owner in either card form, or the punch-outs from the keys themselves. Some owners were advised to write them down in the owners manual. Check Yours.
