EBC has never been raved about in any racing circles I've seen.
Hawk HPS is a proven upgrade for the stock pads, many national level EF-hatch autocrossers use them as a great street/autox pad (I use them too!). Hawk HP+ is another step up... better grabbing and fade resistance, but noisy and dusty as heck.
The other thing to realize about pads, you can get a fancy track pad and it wont stop worth a damn in daily driving because the functioning temperatures need to be higher...so be realistic about your needs and choose an appropriate pad.
I also recommend bleeding out all your fluid with a pump while feeding in ATE super blue... when the fluid coming out is blue, then you're good to go.

EBC sucks get some real pads. Carbotech or Hawks a pad that has actual race proven competencies.
Fireant speaks truth.
Also Slotted/Drilled rotors will do nothing to increase braking performance so don't get those either.
