Default What's the best way to clean paint and corossion off of older bolts?

Working with my 93 EG and I'd like my hardware to be a little cleaner looking since the car was painted once and has a few colored bolts and such.

What about those tumblers or chemicals?

Any suggestions would be great!

CLR for corosion, cool. But does it work for the paint as well?

I just put them through a wire wheel on my bench grinder. Afterwards they can be spray painted with cast gray color paint.

One thing that I haven't invested in yet...I have wire wheels, but holding my drill and then the bolt in my other hand would suck.

I was hoping one of those metal poishing tumblers would work and that someone could hint me off as to where to find one.

Get a sand blaster.. They are cheap and you can just use play sand.. This is how I clean all my bolts and it works great..
