sounds about right for diy setup but again, half of the task is tunning/fuel management

t3t04 is very popular for stock internal due to it's price and powerband.

1G or 2G Eclipse turbo manifold and turbo, re-drill the holes, piping, management, etc, etc. Should run low 14's or high 13's on stock motor and turbo(5spd of course). Check out http://www.cb7tuner.com. My screen name is Gixxerboy56.

you can't take the dsm manifold in a f22b1... cause the port are not the same as the f22a

0-0-0-0 f22a f22b h23a and dsm
0-00-0 f22b1 f22b2 and f23a

if you want to build your how manifold you might want to consider this

DIY Turbo Manifold Kits B/D/H/F series 100$ shipped contact micheal at lsdmotorsports.com
you have everything to make a log manifold... you just have to weld it together. If you are a good welder, this is a nice option
