Clutch pedal question...
I have a 93 Del Sol and the guy I bought it off of said it had an aftermarket clutch. I definitely believe him because this pedal feels as heavy as my old 86 accord cable clutch. When I push the pedal in or let it out, it creaks. Is this just a creaking hinge on the pedal or something to be concerned about? It wouldn't have been possible to put a cable clutch into this car would it? Thanks in advance.
Cool man, thanks. I figured a 12 year old car is gonna have some squeaks. I mean I knew the clutch was newer so I hoped it wouldn't be anything with that. Although I gotta say if I had it my way, I'd have a stock one. I've only driven 5 spd my whole life, but that damn heavier clutch gives me so much trouble taking off, haha. Thanks again.
