its been covered many times.
if you do a search you will find many HOW TO about it.

*open the gas cap
*disconnect the negative (optional)
*lossen top bolt with a towel covering it, at this time make sure no way of spark
*lossen bottom bolt, gas will leak out, alot of gas
*remove the three bolt attatched to the fire wall,
*take out fuel filter from the holder thing
*put in new filter
then put back everything in reverse order.

I actually did try searching, but I could not find anything explaining the process.

I prefer to take out the fuel filter fuse and turn it over a couple times letting some pressure out of the gas lines. Something about filling a garage with fuel I don't go for.

Optional? I would strongly recommend this, not worth the risk when you are drenched in gas.

i did it without taking my gas cap off. no wonder it had so much pressure in the line going to the firewall..
