Default B18C5, LS crank, CTR pistons... work? ASAP

I am building a super frankenstien... ITR block, LS B18A crank, B18 stock rods, CTR pistons, high compression rings, stock B16B head (Civic SIR), block guard...

Does that sound logical? there will be no modifications, boring or anything, just a straight build... will everything be fine? I am worried about the pistons rising too far out of the block.

Help me ASAP... have all parts, waiting on input.

Thanks guys

if you mean LS rods, you're going to have about 12.5-13.0 : 1 compression. good luck
