Default ctr pistons in a ls... HELP

Will the high compression of these pistons be detrimental to the block... ie. will i easily blow something. And will i have to bore the block to get these pistons into my block?

certainly not. You'll probably need to run premium pump gas. and you'll need to machine your LS rods to fit the PCTs, but other than that, you'd be good.

Seriously, you should be a bit more specific!

My advice:
Machine rod for piston.
Use ARP rod bolts.
Shot peen rods.

Not that difficult!

better.
yes if you arent careful and dont have the proper tuning, you can blow it real easy.
you will need machine work regardless, hone for stock bore or bore and hone for oversize pistons.
