when i turn i hear click clikc noicse.. i know its b/c axle is bad
but can it burn more oil or loosin oil by bad axle? i have to literly fill up 1 quart each time i fill up my gas tank........ or if the axle is bad can it affect steering wheel? it shakes a lot when i hit highspeed..... but i kno it could be a tire pressure

 

You cannot burn more oil because of it because it doesnt get in contact with motor oil, if anything, it'd be tranny oil. As far as the vibration, probably bad balancing or missing weights on ur rims. Get that axle done right now, because otherwise when it'll break, it'll break and start to wack whatever is nearby. Take care of your car it'll take care of you. Oh and ur oil burning problem, make sure its not leaking, if it isnt, then ur prolly gonna have to change ur head gasket, or swap a new engine in.

 

the click noises you hear is most likely because the boot covering the cv joint tore or ripped letting out the grease and now the bearings click because of dirt and dust and no grease for lubrication.

any oil wouldnt be affected by a bad axle. motor oil or transmission fluid. if your burning or leaking oil that bad you have a more serious problem. if you pull your spark plugs out are they covered in oil?

a headgasket wouldnt need to be changed if your burning oil. if your headgasket was blown you would definitly know, if it was leaking your motor would hesitate on startup and you would have milky colored oil and coolant would have oil contaminents.

the axle can affect the steering wheel, but if it shakes at high speed, you probably need to have the tires high-speed balanced at a tire shop.

 

if your wheel shakes from 35mph to 55mph the alignment is off
but if it shakes from 55mph to 75mph you need a balancing

why would the alignment being off cause his wheel to shake?

so your oil is being burned at high rpm. bad rings most likely, how many miles on the motor?

has a compression test been done?

also no compression test was not done..
so im assuming its a damn ring..

 

I have the same problem with my 95 civic dx, whenever I turn it makes a clicking sound.

Some one told me it was gears grinding, but I do not see that a possibility.

I went to a muffler shop to see abotu some muffler work, and i asked them to look at it for me....my powere steering fluid is leaking on my axles, because a few seals are broken.

Around 800 estimated to repair :/
