Replace these seals during a timing belt change (?)

Replace these seals during a timing belt change (?)
for a 1990 honda accord ( CB7 )
i read and was told to replace my seals. such as a counter shaft seal,balancer shaft seal,crankshaft seal,cam seals,oil pump seals,and to get a retainer. i would like to ask two things: first,do i order from JEH and just say 'i need a retainer' or is there a specific retainer i am looking for during this t-belt job. second,are all these seals neccessary and CORRECT? or are there more seals. please i need complete details on specific names and things. dont want to order and receive something else

I am assuming JEH is a honda dealer, cause i would not install any seals other than factory.....
Seals you need,, balancer shaft seal,,,,,,,cam seal,,,,,,,,crank seal,,,,,,oil pump o-ring.......balancer shaft seal retainer.......valve cover hasket.
counter shaft is the same as balancer shaft some people call it 1 way others the other way..............Just call the dealer and tell them the year car you have and order the parts..dealer knows what a balancer shaft seal retainer is ..
