I just replaced a leaking clutch master cylinder a few weeks ago. Took me all of 1 hour and 15 minutes to swap and bleed hydraulics. Would have been an hour, but the clutch line pipe fitting to the cylinder was buggered up and would not accept the size wrench it was suppose to.

Disconnect hydraulic line (line pipe wrenches are the best tool)
Disconnect cyinder piston rod from pedal (inside car). 1 bolt
Remove two bolts to unmount the master cylinder in engine bay.

Reverse for install

Bleed hydraulics.

The best tip though is buy this: I actually bough mine for $18 at their store.

A vacuum bleeder kit. WONDERFUL TOOL! I have the clutch hydraulics completely purges with dot 4 fluid and air free in a matter of 5 minutes, all by myself. Not need for someone to be stomping on the clutch pedal to pump fluid through hydraulics.
