Default GSR VALVETRAIN IN B16 HEAD

my friends got his complete valvetrain from his gsr i was wondering what i would be looking at if putting in my head is it gunna be worth my time or just trouble?

well i already have ctr intake camshaft and itr exhaust camshaft so im not going to be needing cams so the valves and springs and **** wont really matter cause its all about the same then?

This has been covered in many many threads....the only head to get duel valve springs on both intake and exhaust valves, is the type r head. It is very easy to add the extra set of springs to the exhaust on a regular pr3 or p72 cylinder head

Every b16 i have seen came with dual valve springs? and i've read in numerous posts over the net saying the same.

Yeah, on the INTAKE side only! Only the ITR head comes stock with dual valve springs on the exhaust side, not the B16
