Which one is better...I hear alot that the b16 is better flowing from all motor guys but how about turbo?

b16, the head flows better, but get some gsr cams in there, they great for boost

i was always under the ipmression that a worked GSR head would outperform a worked b16/c5 head.

The two heads flow almost identically. The B16 chamber is slightly larger. The castings are slightly different. If you're buying a whole head with cams/valvetrain I would buy the GSR head/cams, as they are proven to be worth a lot of power over B16 cams. If you're buying a bare head, buy whichever is cheaper. You arn't really going to see much difference between the two.

I've been told by a few reliable people on HT that for boost....GSR head hands down for boost
