Default gsr engine Wierd Problems ;[

Hey Everyone, Im working on a gsr swap into a crx w/ pr3 ecu now a few months ago we were running close to stock fuel pressure with that being 41 psi And it ran great nice brown plugs and ran great!!, Now when we have the fp at 41 psi it runs really choppy and just about misses W/ no power really.. Now when I turn it up to like 60 psi it seems to run good but the plugs are telling me I seen to be on the lean side even with the higher fuel pressure now .. And suggestions as to what could cause this??

Thanks
