LS with Greddy Turbo bogging, help please!!!
Car is 97 Integra LS with Greddy turbo setup and Type 31 FMIC
Koyo Radiator, radiator cap, 2 slim fans
I just recently had all random cylinder misfire CEL lights on so I got new plugs, wires, and distributor put in. That took care of the CEL lights but now the car seems to bog after reaching 5k rpm , especially in 3rd and 4th gear. I noticed this a couple times before I had the plugs and all replaced too. Just noticed the bogging tonight and its bad.
Timing is slightly retarded. The car is running on the stock piggy back system. And the tailpipe has really been pushing out a lot since the turbo swap. Running rich too.
Could it possibly have anything to do with the fuel pressure regulator, or the timing. I'm going to change my oil tomorrow, its been about 4 months since I last changed it but the car was sitting in the garage all that time.
What do you guys think, any suggestions would help. Lemme know if there's anything else you may need to know. (I have posted in FI too, but maybe I may find more Integra experience here).

It could be timing. Do you have a Fuel Pressure Gauge? What is it reading? What kind of FPR are you using? Any recent changes?
Could also be spark plug gap as the other guy stated. Recheck them.

My timing is slightly retarded, and I don't have a fuel pressure gauge.
I'm running the NGK BKR7E-11s, those are the copper ones, and I believe that the -11 means a .11 mm gap which is like ~.042". I'll have them gapped a little closer.
Are they supposed to be gapped between .28-.30 or .028-.030?
