Default what are the stock spring rates for integra type R front and rear?

just want to compare to the stock ground control which is 350/280 front/rear

i have 350/430 and the car rides to harsh for daily driving for me on koni yellos
thanks

could find it in the search

acutally i found this

F 246 linear
R 140-246 proggresive
not sure if its accurate?

i was thinking of dropping down to 280 i have a asr rear 22mm brace kit.

would i be able to stiffen up my rear koni to induce lift over steer with the rae 280 though? i just cant take the 430 anymore

So you want to revalve the Konis?

And Lift Oversteer can be induced easily in stock form. I don't understand what you're getting at there. I also don't understand when you say it's too harsh with Koni yellows. You mean the springs are too harsh? What's the purpose, daily driving?
