Ive deceided to go with ground control coilovers with koni yellows for my 95 Si. Can you guys tell me what spring rates you have used and what seemed to work best. The car is my daily driver, no auto xing. just want it to handle better than it does.

Stock shocks with neuspeed sports 300 front and 190 rear.

I do not have GC's but my rates are 457/257. Handles well, yet rides smooth. I still would like to up the rear rate to mid 300's for more handling performance.

me too, on KONIs softest setting is great for street use. I can enjoy the stiffest setting, but most of my passengers wont...

thats on my 2000 lb CX hatchback.
If I were getting a set for a 95 Si or any EK then I would get 500F / 450R
