Default Boostin D16

Iam about to forget the engine swap and just boost my D16Y7. And prolly do the D16Y8 head swap before i boost it. Would a good kit for my car cost alot more then just a plain ol' swap?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Well it depends what swap you want to do. A good turbo kit will probably cost around 1000 bucks--with everything you need. If you wanna just do like another d16 you can get those pretty cheap less than 1k. It depends what you want. If you want a pretty quick car then boost it bc just swapping it out for like a ZC or d16z6 isnt going to be a fast as your turbo setup. If your motor is in decent shape id say turbo it
