Default 1991 civic problems

I have a stock hatch that has recently been giving me some problems. Here we go: when I start the car as it is warming up it idles rough and acts like it wants to die. While the idle is rough the headlights also dim, I have just recently(last month) have tuned up the car. Problem 2; the brake pedal is soft and I have to pump it to get the car to stop. Problem 3; the ebrake light on the dash never goes off, even when the ebrake is not engaged. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

the reason your ebrake light will not turn off is because you dont have enough brake fluid. fill up your brake fluid and I garuntee you that it will turn off. thats probably the reason your brake feels so soft because you have not damn fluid.
