code 22 vtec pressure in jdm b16a?
im throwin a code 22 vtec pressure valve
i know my oil is toped off and my wiring is good because vtech was kicking in with my chiped ecu i brought ecu back to stock and now i get code 22
i heard something in another thread that jdm motors dont have a vtech pressure switch or something? https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1003567
doesnt make any sence because i have the pressure valve on my motor
what could it be? maybe a dented oil pan i need some ideas!

JDM motors don't have a vtec oil pressure switch. So, if you have an ECU that is looking for a pressure switch, like a p28, then it will throw code 22 if it doesn't see it. This will prevent you from hitting VTEC. All you need to do is splice two wires........d6 and a4. splice the line going to the vtec pressure switch into the one going to the vtec solenoid. It's really easy and it works. I haven't had any problems, along with anyone else who has done this.
EDIT: I just checked my wires. If you have a p28 then cut d6 and splice it into a4. Problem solved.
