What's the difference between the J and F? I need 2 steps colder, the plugs look identical, wtf?

same plug just ones colder

 

what gap should I run? stock is .44 I'm being told that my spark is being blown out..

those two plugs are different heat ranges. duh.

 

duh, I already know that, trying to figure out the difference between F and J.....I want to run the ZFR7F-11, cause it's 2 steps colder..
