Depending on which car/motor you have will depend on what you should get. Lets assume you have a 1997 GSR. If thats the case, you need the following:
obd2A-1 conversion harness: cost $50-120 (average $80)
obd 1 p72/p28/p08/p30/p13, converted to vtec p05/p06 ecu's (if you buy it stock, expect to pay anywhere from $20-$200 depending on which ecu you want to use...)
If your going hondata, then typically, people go with a obd 1 p28 ecu. When you buy everything from hondata, they will send you everything that needs to get soldered into the ecu.
Total average cost= $200 to $350 (not including hondata)
hope that helps.

96-98 civics/96-99 integras are obd2 version A
99-00 civics/00-01 integras are obd2 version B
If your car is a 97, then you'll need the obd2A-1 conversion harness.
As for having a b18b1, start looking for the obd1 pr4 (came from 92-93 LS/RS/GS) or the obd1 p75, or was it p74! LOL..cant remember, i think its p75...came from 94-95 LS/RS/GS. OR, you can run a p06 or p05 ecu. Call hondata and make sure
