B16A2 Oil amount

How much oil do I put in a B16A2. The book I have must be bootleg cuz theres a lot of mis-info in there.

It says:

Civic HX = 4.2qts
Civic Si = 3.8

???

So how much oil needs to go into my b16A2.

I have always pu tin 4.5 quarts.

I have a 99 civic si

and i put about 4.2 to 4.3 quarts in. Full synthetic. Cant go wrong.
