Default Trubo fitment?

So im posting here becuase i get better resoponce than in the FI forum my question is....my turbo wont fit in right, and i want to know if anyone has any imput. THe waistgate and air output (where the turbo sends out air to the intercooler) hit the radiator fan, and i dont think a slim fan would help enought because the air output on the turbo also hits some of the ac lines...any ideas? (i need to keep ac)

Clock the turbo and rotate the compressor housing so that the outlet to the intercooler does not hit anything. A slim fan would probably help.

Just notch the plastic fan shroud to clear the wastegate.

What does "clock the turbo mean" and how do you rotate the compressor housing
how?

unbolt the 6 or so bolts on the housing and just turn it to fit.
