Default hondata/crome

alright to start the car is a 98 civic with the y8 in it, and its gunna be boosted in the next couple of months, with crome do you have to convert to OBDI, im looking to stay away from obdI for cost to convert, and emissions, i know not Huuuuge deal but still. thanx

You get what you pay for. I would have to go with Hondata. Everyone has their opinion, and I am sure that here on HT I could get flamed for picking hondata. Just do your own research and don't ask questions like these on HT, going to get a ****-load of opinions. You need to make your own decision here.

I went with crome because its free if you know how to use it. If not just get a base map and get it tuned.

If i had the money i would probably go with hondata, or save for EMS.

the P30 map is what you use but you change the map for another with copy and paste or do it on the fly.

I have experience with both Crome and Hondata (not tuning just using) and I honestly can't tell a difference. Both of my current cars were tuned using Crome pro and I couldn't be happier. It's all up to you in the end but the best system to get is the one the guy doing your tuning is most familiar with.
