GSR in EG - Smokes when ran hard.

Default GSR in EG - Smokes when ran hard.
My GSR smokes alot when I run it. IE racing. The compression is 200-210 all the way. It runs great but just smokes when I race it. Why does it smoke? Valve seals going bad?

never noticed the color...friends just tell me its alot of smoke.
dont think its running rich...i ran a stock ecu and now chipped and they are the same...still smokes

chipped ECu will increase fuel usually=black smoke. advance timing maybe? get someone to tell you the color.

But it did it with the stock ECU with stock timing also.

I've noticed that when really getting on the gas, most DOHC VTEC's tend to smoke a little, especially when in VTEC...

all vtec motors use oil, all my motors in my old car did it some more some less

maybe bad valve seal.. but other than that who cares motor run stronger when burning alittle oil anyways....
