nitrous and back pressure.
with a nitrous kit u still want some back pressure right? i know with my turbo eclipse i had a straight pipe exhaust to get max power , but is nitrous the same or different? i saw on the zex site they replaced the cat with a straight pipe on their z6 with a 75 shot but i dunno .

Test Pipe. Get that spent gas out!!!
Think about it. I mean the function of Nitrous Oxide. It's chemical purpose is to break down into Oxygen and Nitrogen once compressed in a cylinder. Think about how much more oxygen is going to be in that exhaust stroke. Same idea with a turbo.
BTW, backpressure arguments have been going on for years. Still, I see them as unsolved. I remember when Sport Compact Car put a full straight 3" exhaust on their rather stock B16A hatchback and made power.

basically the same as a rsr exmag gtII exhaust...they take the straightest possible route out...and if anyone has a picture of that installed post it to show what im talking about...and so i can take it to my muffler shop and have them make one so they dont screw it up
