I find the invertor for EL gauges cluster(prelude 94-96) ...

I bought a EL gauge cluster, but seller don't send me the invertor ... EL glow don't work without invertor ...

I have a complete JDM vtec EL cluster -> I will check if the invertor fits a LHD cluster.

 

couldnt get pics to work.... is invertor the silver box (wires from it going to cluster) that sits outside the cluster? What does it do. Is this responsible for converting the speed from kmph to mph also?

 

Inverter is a device necessary to make an alternate high voltage to power the electroluminescent tubes inside the cluster. It has nothing to do with km/h to mph conversion.
