Rotor Rust
If you've ever washed your car and let it sit for a while, you should notice the rotors rust. Its def. OK. Just drive it and hit the brakes. The rust will come right off. No prob. Or if your soooo worried about it, buy new ones.
If it's just surface rust and you are really worried about it, have the rotors turned. If you aren't to worried about it then do like everyone else said and just "brake" them clean. If it's really bad rust, buy new rotors.

measure them then cut them if its bad rust, if they can be cut out great, if not, buy new ones, and i fyou bought them used, hav ethem turned anyway don't know what they went through, then have them measured for runout (if you wanna do things right lol)
if its light surface rust put them on the car and drive them till they stop squeaking. after a rain or something or a misty night, go out and look at the rotors on the car, they rust, its bare metal very vunerable to rust but gets cleaned off all the time, mild oxidation is normal let em ride yo!
