Default Turbo D16Y5

i have a 1998 civic HX with low miles on it and i have a TD04 turbo with intercooler full turbo kit basicly for it with a Vortech 12;1 FMU mising link that kinda deal....

anyway down to bussiness i want to know what should i set the boost level at i was thinking 7psi i want to know some opinions on the motor and boosting it its potential because ive had little luck with a search on it atleast a turbo HX anyway

y5 motor has lower compresssion than any of the other d16 series motors stock. I think the head is a little different but the intake mani is almost identical to the y8 mani. 7psi would be good or you could probally even go a little higher. Remember it is all in the tune. I run 10psi in my stock y8. Good luck with it.

i plan on boosting it up soon, ive been reading about the HX is hes rolling rockers? thats what makes he head different... im not sure what type of fuel management im going to use after i get more money so i can adjust everything alot better any ideas, i have the FMU 12;1 now i was thinking some 450dsm injectors and the SAFC
