Default building a B20b and need some advice

I have a 95 civic coupe with a b20b turbo and I'm really impressed with the car and love it for daily use. At 8psi it put down 187hp and 199.8 torque to the wheels which I think is very impressive for the money I've spent and the car it's in and for it's use. But, I kind of want a little more out of it.

I'm looking to get into the 220-250hp range. I like the b20 and would like to keep it non-VTEC although I may swap a B16 head on it in the future. How should I go about fortifying my B20 to handle this hp and for daily use? Just a simple headgasket and some headwork? Or do you think I should maybe consider some pistons and rods? any thoughts/advice would be great.
