Default Oil on intake valves, is this normal?

I recently had my head redone and put new valves, springs, and retainers. I put 600 miles on it and I pulled the head for my new build. My question is it normal to have some oil residue in the ports and on the valves, or should it be bone dry? When I took the IM off, it looks like there is alot of oil residue around the valves and ports, but it looks like there is residue in the IM as well. The motor was boosted and the bottom end had new rings in it. So what do you guys think, maybe the turbo was blowing some oil into the intake? The car didn't smoke at all though. Am I just being paranoid or what?
