Default Type R - how much is it worth?

I don't know where else to post this,

but I was wondering how much a complete ready-to-go 1998 CW Integra Type R SHELL (just missing motor/tranny) would run for?

Now, with that said..
I know of an ITR shell for sale with a clean title and everything, but is missing some stuff..
he told me to make an offer..

it is COMPLETELY stock championship white and the shell is clean with no dents and average scratches.

it will NOT come with carpet/mats/seats... it will NOT come with a motor/tranny.. and it will NOT come with fenders/bumper/hood/headlights..
everything else is stock.. and there in good shape.. including the stock 5 lug with CW wheels.. it is a rolling shell..
and all it needs is a front end/motor.tranny/seats.carpet

I was wondering how much (ESTIMATED) would be a fair price to offer this guy.. considering the condition I've just explained above...

comments welcome.. thanks

thats tuff to say. if it were me 2,000-3,000 tops. no motor or tranny. thats a good chunk of the total cost of the car. imo

If EVERYTHING else is there, minus engine/trans I could see it going for around 5k. Motor and trans is only around 4500 so you could have an R for less than 10k.

Edit: But seeing as how most stuff is missing, I would go for around 3k. That's if the sussy is still there and intact.

it's a clean title.. i knew the car when it was stock with stock original motor and everythihg...

it's just that he is keeping the motor/tranny.. the seats.. and the front end..

everything is still in tact.. dash panels and everything are there.. even cd player

i was wondering if 3k would be a good offer

He is taking:

1) Motor
2) tranny
3) seats (****, might as well say the whole interior)
4) front end

$3000 sounds really really high for that.

A good condition rolling shell can fetch anywhere from 3k to 5k depending on condition and parts missing.
