i have a 98 civic ex(d16y8) w/ short ram and catback. should i buy megan racing 4-2-1 header w/ hi flow cat/resonator for $175 shipped or dc sports 4-2-1 header for $260 shipped?? thanks

 

its your car do what you want. but if you really want us to decide for you dont even run a header, take off your hood, headlights and bumpers. massive HP

 

people on other civic forums ive looked at bought a megan racing one and said that fitment was excellent, and identical to the dc...but its your call...

 

In my opinion and it'll probably be most everybody elses don't get either header. They both are ****, crappy welds, shitty material, and it has been dyno-proven that they make none to minimal gains over a stock unit. Get a good header for 700 or so. You'll see the difference and feel the difference. Get only the best don't slack off and get the rest.

 

airmass headers are like 150 and they dyno the same as the dc sports, but ive always liked megan too...but i would go airmass because they are cheaper and make the same amount of power as the dc sports and megan

 

u reccomend anywhere cheap to find a airmass header online?
